Ronen (Ronny) Yacobi
Founder & CEO

Ronen is a results-oriented MBA-level professional with significant and progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, products innovation, and sales management, based on strong technical background. Ronen is an exceptional problem-solver and decision maker with 19 years experience in various development, marketing, sales & business development positions.

In 1993, after receiving his Electrical & Electronic Engineering degree, Ronen joined Unifax in a capacity of Hardware engineer, designing solutions based on Fax technology. Later on he joined ELTA Systems Ltd. in the capacity of a software engineer, designing telecommunication based systems. During a 2 years period, (1996-1998), Ronen held a position of a project engineer in SMPE, electronic division of Standard Motor Products (SMP), a U.S. based manufacturer of automotive aftermarket components.

In 1998 Ronen joined ECTel, a telecommunication equipment provider that provides Operation Support solutions (OSS) for Telecommunication firms (e.g. Fraud management System, Quality control systems) in a capacity of marketing product & business development manager. Later on, in a similar position of Marketing Product Manager in ECI Telecom, he managed the SDSL line of products through all product development phases.

In 2004, after graduating from Henley, University of Reading UK, with an MBA, Ronen joined Zvetco Biometrics, in a capacity of Director of Marketing & Business Development. During almost a 5 years period, Ronen served as the main marketing, sales, and business development personnel. He was responsible for the initiation of Zvetco’s channel partners programs, establishing formal partners relationship with many vendors; responsible for various marketing activities including product management, trade shows, and marketing materials, and finally, a main contributor to the bottom line as the main personnel that managed Zvetco’s corporate accounts and pre-post sale activities.

Ronen has a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Coventry University (UK) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley business school at the University of Reading (UK)

Karin Weiss
President

Karin has a very unique combination of excellent management capabilities with ‘big picture’ vision in every day’s tasks, extraordinary legal capabilities in corporate and international law, amazing business development capabilities, all based on her unique and bright personality and a lot of charm!

After graduating in 2002, she became a lawyer in “Nechoshtan, Sofran, Marom, Erlich, Sherf”. This firm specializes in real estate, corporate and litigation. She was responsible for various mid size accounts ($10M - $100M) mainly in the real estate and commercial industries.

In 2007 she joined ‘Hendry Calandrino, Stoner & Brown Law firm, located in Downtown Orlando. This Law firm specializes in many aspects of International Law.

Karin Weiss is licensed to practice law in the State of New York in the United States.

R. Alexander Spoerer
Branch Manager

Alex is a technical and consulting profressional with over 20 years of experience in information technology, and technical writing.

Alex graduated with a Bachelors of Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. He has worked for companies such as Lockheed-Martin, Oracle and Symantec as well as other clients in both IT and a technical writing capacity.

He then joined Zvetco Biometrics as a sales engineer, responsible for assiting all of Zevtco's clients in designing, implementing and supporting a variety of biometric systems ranging from single office deployments to larger enterprise-wide systems spanning several countries.

In 2009, Alex graduated with a Master of Arts in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA.
