What is EWS™? The Enrollment Workstation (EWS)™ is a modular and easy to use system that produces high-quality biometric enrollment data on individuals and provides evidence of that enrollment. Why do I need it? EWS™ makes it easy to collect enrollment data for other biometric systems. It simplifies the collection process and can be used by anyone while offering the flexibility to be customized for any kind of deployment. How does it work? EWS™ provides a set of functions that allow easy enrollment and evidence of enrollment: 
Who uses it? EWS™ is used by large companies, governments, and other entities which need to enroll users into biometric systems, and need a robust, customizable system to collect high quality enrollment data.
FEATURESEnrollment The Enrollment screen is where all data on the user is entered in the system. The operator will capture all the information in a customizable form and then enrollment the user's fingerprints and take a photo. A printed receipt is printed during the registration process, certified by the user as accurate and then another receipt is printed at the end of the process to be given to the user as evidence of their enrollment.
Reports EWS™ keeps track of all enrollments that happen on the system. These reports can be extracted out of the system and be imported into a centralized system in order to keep track what happens on all EWS™ systems. They can also be filtered by enrollment location as well if they contain biometric indentifiers or if they lack them.
Activity Logs EWS™ keeps track of all operator activity including enrollments and invalid logins. Activity log can be filtered for particular event types as well as for the dates the activities took place.
Configuration and Data Export EWS™ provides a way to securely export all data in an encrypted archive for safe and secure transport to the target system when the data will be imported into. It also is easy to create and maintain the credentials of all operators in the system in the configuration screen.
