The future of authentication and file security has arrived with the development of the BIOWRAP System. BIOWRAP serves to bring back the personal touch to authentication through the use of biometric technology (fingerprints). You can now create truly secure, authenticated and accountable electronic files by entering a username, password and a fingerprint. The recipient of a BIOWRAP file will know that only you could create the file and that the file has not been altered. Registered Users will also have access to real-time Accountability Reports of all individuals that have viewed their BIOWRAP files. We’ve left our distinguishing mark on online identity verification and authentication with a fingerprint, now you can too.

HOW	To create the next generation of electronic file standards, Nation Strategies had to first develop a cost effective means of providing the highest level of authentication, biometric multiple factor authentication, for our users. Through years of research and development, Nation Strategies enhanced this authentication standard to accurately associate an individual’s identity with the creation of a truly secure, authenticated and accountable electronic file.
WHY	The BIOWRAP System was initially developed to address the rampant fraud occurring in the lending industry as a single source solution. Since, this system has evolved into a publicly available solution to proactively protect the intellectual property and livelihood of every user and their affiliations
WHO	The BIOWRAP Unlike other online identity verification and authentication systems where a user claims to be somebody, the BIOWRAP System physically approves our Registered Users to operate in the system. To ensure the user is, in fact, who they claim to be, their identity is verified in person by a trusted third-party individual known as a BIOWRAP Registrar. Once accurately identified, our users can then associate any number of affiliations or credentials to their biometric identity record. Thus, the receiving party of a file created with an Alliance Group will know that you (the Registered User) are in fact the individual that created the file and that you credentialed and/or authorized to do so; ensuring the file was not altered during transmission
WHAT	When your BIOWRAP BIOWRAP is an intuitive means to provide authenticity, security and accountability for any file type with your fingerprint. As a Registered User you can virtually wrap your fingerprint around any electronic file and track anyone who opens your BIOWRAP files. BIOWRAP serves as a web-based certification tool to verify the identity and credentials of an individual creating a secure and biometric authenticated file. File Security	BIOWRAP files cannot be altered.
Accountability	A Registered User will be able to view real-time Accountability Reports on who is opening their biometrically stamped and sealed files.
Verification	The BIOWRAP System employs the use of trusted individuals to physically verify your identity, allowing you to operate as a Registered User.
File Authenticity	When your BIOWRAP files are opened, the Reader will view your verified identity as well as a date and time stamp of file creation.
Authenticity	The BIOWRAP System utilizes Biometric Multiple Factor Authentication. To create a BIOWRAP file, a Registered User must enter their Username, Password and present one of their enrolled Fingerprints.
Credentials	By utilizing the BIOWRAP Alliance option, a Registered User is able to associate any number of professional credentials and/or company affiliations with their identity. This allows anybody opening your BIOWRAP files to view that you are credentialed to create the specified file. .
Surrogate	BIOWRAP Registered Users can enroll up to four (4) individuals, known as surrogates, to create biometrically stamped and sealed files on their behalf. In this case, the Registered User acts as the Registrar by enrolling the surrogate’s fingerprints.
Easy to Use	Creating a biometrically stamped and sealed file takes seconds.
Privacy	The BIOWRAP System does not store an image of your fingerprint, rather it is converted into an algorithm, a unique string of numbers and characters associated with your username and password.

BIOWRAP Writer

The BIOWRAP Writer component is a software application that allows a Registered User to create an unlimited amount of secure and authenticated electronic files with their biometric identity record. The biometric identity record is a unique, individual sequence comprised of your unique Username + Password + Fingerprint.

Once the Registered User creates a BIOWRAP file, the file can then be transferred via any electronic means (Email, USB Flash Drive, CD, etc). When your BIOWRAP files are opened, the individual viewing the file will know without a doubt that the file was created by you and that it was not altered. Through the BIOWRAPs Writer application a Registered User will be able to perform Account Management functions to edit personal and professional information, manage subscriptions and view their Accountability Reports

BIOWRAP Reader

The BIOWRAP Reader component allows an individual to view a BIOWRAP file created by a Registered User, meaning they can open and view, but not alter, the secure and authenticated file. In addition to the great BIOWRAP offerings, the BIOWRAP Reader is public software that is FREE and easily downloaded (directly from this site). Once downloaded, the recipient can start viewing files with confidence not available before. To operate, the FREE BIOWRAP Reader software must first be downloaded, a simple registration form must be completed and the software activated. Once activation is complete, the BIOWRAP file just needs to be “double clicked” on to be opened and viewed. It’s that easy.

Once the BIOWRAP file is opened, the BIOWRAP Reader will be able to view the identity of the file creator, if the file was created utilizing an approved affiliation or credential, a date and time stamp of file creation and any information that the Writer would like to share. The Reader will have the assurance that the file was created by the Registered User and that the file has not been altered. The BIOWRAP Reader provides actual authenticity, not just assumed accountability.

ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT

An invaluable feature of the BIOWRAP System is the Accountability Reports which allow Registered Users to track all individuals who view their BIOWRAP files. These reports provide a clear chain of custody and tracking mechanism for every BIOWRAP file transaction.

For ease of use, an array of Accountability Report search functions are available for the user to easily search and create customized reports for who has viewed their BIOWRAP files.

Chain of Custody

Each time a BIOWRAP file is viewed, the information on who has opened the file is logged.

Privacy Protection

To ensure the highest level of privacy protection—only a Registered User can access their Accountability Reports by entering their biometric identity record (Username + Password + Fingerprint).

Search Functions:

DATE	Files created during a specified date range
USER	Files created by the Registered User and/or their Surrogates (Up to four (4) individuals can create files on your behalf)
ALLIANCE	Files created with a specified Alliance Group
ACTIVITY	Activity associated with your files (all files, only files that have been opened or files that have not been opened)
TEXT	Search for files containing specified text in the file name

ALLIANCE GROUPS

Alliance Groups serve to strengthen any industry, company or group of individuals by operating in a truly trusted network. Allowing your members the ability to create secure, authenticated and accountable electronic files designated with your Alliance Group.

Affiliations
BIOWRAP focuses first and foremost on accurately identifying the individual who wishes to join an Alliance Group. Registered Users can associate Alliance Groups and/or affiliate any number of your professional credentials or affiliations to the creation of their BIOWRAP files.

Secure System
Through accurate identification and proper credentialing a Registered User will have the capability of applying their biometric identity record (Username + Password + Fingerprint) and approved credentials and/or affiliations to the creation of a secure and biometric authenticated file. This added security and ownership measure helps both the Writer and Reader confirm authenticity.

Assurance
The receiving party of the BIOWRAP file will know, without a doubt, that the individual that created the file is in fact who they claim to be. In addition, the receiving party will also have apparent authentication of the individual’s professional credentials and/or verified affiliation required to create the BIOWRAP file.

REGISTRATION

Unlike other online identity verification and authentication systems where a user claims to be somebody, the BIOWRAP System physically approves our Registered Users to operate in the system.

Identity Verification
To ensure the user is, in fact, who they claim to be, their identity is verified in person by a trusted third-party individual known as a BIOWRAP Registrar.

Upon completion of the online registration form, a BIOWRAP Registrar will be in contact to schedule an appointment for identity verification. The Registrar will then verify your identity. Following approval, the Registrar will enroll your fingerprints into a secure system, thus completing the Registration Process.

The end result of the BIOWRAP registration process is that an individual becomes a Registered User, complete with their biometric identity record (Username + Password + Fingerprint).

Custody Chain
To maintain system integrity and to ensure accurate record keeping, the biometric identity record of the Registrar is associated with the Registered User. This measure confirms a secure chain of title.
